This performative work for me has become a laboratory to experiments with different courses of action. On the one hand, in this work, I am interested in investigating a public reaction to an open act of violence in the public space, on the other hand, this gesture is a conceptual continuation of the intervention that I did in 2013 as a comment to the situation with chaotic parking in Kiev. Sasha Kurmaz, Kiev, Ukraine 2017.

“In this long-term project, photography has become a kind of intimate diary. This is a way of interacting with space around and at the same time a tool for studying it. For the most part, I am interested in the interior of the human being and his social manifestations in modern post-Soviet society.” Sasha Kurmaz, Kiev, Ukraine 2017.

Sasha Kurmaz, Kiev, Ukraine 2017.
